"Grecale" holiday home is a villa located in the Gulf of Macari, a hamlet of San Vito lo Capo (from which it is 3 km away), within a residence made up of a total of 4 villas, each independent and equipped with a private and large parking space. free outdoor parking, green spaces and pergola terraces. The position of the villas is excellent for enjoying the beautiful sunsets of the suggestive Gulf of Macari, an area rich in natural resources where the coast alternates white pebble coves and sandy beaches.

The house is made up of 5 rooms arranged on two floors, for a total surface area of ​​75 mq.

On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchenette, a living/dining room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor: a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a dressing room with a splendid solarium from which you can admire the natural beauty of the Monte Cofano coast and its rugged coastline. The presence of a wooden pergola terrace and a green space will guarantee you moments of absolute relaxation to be spent surrounded by greenery with the sea in the background.

All our villas have mosquito nets and air conditioning in the living room as well as in the sleeping area. The house also has a private parking space and ample free outdoor parking available to our guests.

The closest sandy beach is Santa Margherita Bay: it is 150 meters away and once you arrive you can park your car in complete peace of mind in the free parking available and a little train will take you to the beach for free. A few meters away is also the Bue Marino beach, declared one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy.

The house is also the perfect choice for those traveling with their 4-legged friend who is in fact welcome in our home!
